ToR: Development of National Index for Monitoring and Strengthening Digital Capacities of Moroccan CSOs

The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) is seeking an Individual Consultant/Service provider to conduct a study in the framework of the project SAWTECH. The Individual consultant/Service provider will lead a study designed to diagnose, monitor, and strengthen the digital capacities of Moroccan Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to enhance their influence on public policy and participatory governance.
